Russia to deploy air defense systems in Crimea

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine says that Russia prepares to deploy air defense systems in Crimea (Ukraine).

According to some unofficial sources, he was hospitalized with the infraction and his health condition is evaluated as “difficult”.

SBU arrested the self-proclaimed "governor" of Donetsk


Pavlo Hubarev, self-proclaimed “governnor” of Donetsk region was arrested in Donetsk.

“Today, at around 4 p.m. Pavlo Hubarev was detained in his apartment in Donetsk with the participation of Alfa special unit. The arrest was carried out in accordance with the authorization issued by court.”

John Kerry: ‘All options on the table’ to hold Russia accountable in Ukraine

John KerrySecretary of State John Kerry said that “all options are on the table” when it comes to steps the U.S. can take to hold Russia accountable for its military movements in Ukraine, including economic sanctions and potentially military action.

In an interview with ABC’s George Stephanopoulos today on “This Week,” Kerry said Russian troops moving into the Ukrainian region of Crimea was “a military act of aggression” and that the U.S. will move swiftly to impose penalties if Russian President Vladimir Putin does not withdraw his troops.

More than 60 killed in today's police assault in Kyiv

Today the Yanukovych regime violated yesterday’s cease-fire, and the police assaulted people with fire arms including the sniper rifles. At least 60 people were killed since today’s morning.

The Minister of Interior Vitaliy Zakharchenko said that the police will use weapons against demonstrators, branding them as “extremists”.

At least 10 protesters killed in today's renewed clashes. This morning the peaceful protesters marched towards the Verkhovna Rada (Ukrainian Parliament) in order to support the necessary decisions for Ukraine.

UkrOboronProm will develop SAM complex for India

In the framework of tender offer, the representatives of the State Enterprise “SpetsTechnoExport” (Ukraine), which is a part of State Concern “UkrOboronProm” (Ukraine), and the representatives of State Corporation Larsen&Tourbo Ltd. (India) have signed an agreement for the development and procurement of 138 pieces of surface-to-air missile complexes (SAM).
